How do I change the broadcasting region in ClickView TV?
You can change your broadcasting region at any time using the ‘Region’ drop down at the top of the ClickView TV screen, or by scrolling to the bottom of the home page and selecting a region.

What is ClickView TV?

ClickView TV provides access to recorded free-to-air television programs. You can locate programs, request a copy, and add them to My Videos for editing and lesson creation.

Access ClickView TV

  1. Click your avatar in the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Select Exchange Archive + TV from the dropdown menu.

  3. At the top of the screen, select ClickView TV.

  4. You will now be on the ClickView TV home page.

Change your broadcasting region

The channels and programs available are determined by the selected broadcasting region.

To change your region:

  1. Select the “Region” drop-down at the top of the ClickView TV screen.

  2. Or scroll to the bottom of the home page and select a region.

Find TV programs

You can locate TV programs in several ways, depending on what information you have.

Search by channel

  1. Select the Channels tab.
  2. Select the channel of your choice.

  3. Review the list of days showing TV recordings for the past few weeks.

  4. Select a day to expand it and view all recordings listed by time.

Search by program name

  1. Choose the first letter of the program name to view available programs.

  2. Select a program to view recordings from the last four weeks.

If you cannot find your program by channel or by name, enter keywords in the search bar at the top of the screen. ClickView will show TV content matching your search.

Find Foxtel programs

To request educational content from Foxtel, select “Request program” and review the program guide. For step-by-step instructions, see How to request Foxtel programs.

Request a copy

Once you have found your program, follow the guide for requesting a copy. Request options can vary depending on the program.
