How to move a video to a different folder

- Sign in as an Administrator to access Library editor.
- Click your initials and choose ‘Library editor’.
- Locate the video and click the three dots icon.
- Select ‘Move video’ from the menu.
- Choose the target folder for the video.
- Click the ‘Move video’ button to confirm.
Move videos between folders in your library
Administrators can easily organise their ClickView content by moving videos between folders within Library editor. Follow these steps to relocate a video:
- Sign in to ClickView as an Administrator.
- Click your initials in the top right corner and select Library Editor from the dropdown menu.
- Within your school library, locate the video you want to move and click the three dots icon.
- From the dropdown menu, select Move video.
- Select the folder you wish to move the video into.
- With the desired folder selected, click the Move video button.
- The video will now be located in the folder you selected.
Frequently asked questions
Only ClickView Administrators can move videos between folders using Library Editor.
The video remains accessible through your school library, but its location will change to the chosen folder.
