A platform that is secure, safe and central
Like most large high schools, St Patrick’s is a busy place. And like most schools, its teachers and students all use video daily. So it makes sense to save valuable teaching and learning time by having a single central place to store, search and access video content.
In use at St Patrick’s for over 11 years now, ClickView is the only video platform that teachers and students use. And it’s not just housing its own signature videos.
ClickView is becoming home to the school’s precious archival collection of performances and other school events, while also hosting in- house videos created by teachers.

Ease of access and ease of use
As learning delivery changes to meet pandemic restrictions, ClickView has been a vital way for St Patrick’s to connect learners and teachers and enable whole school participation.
During the lockdown, St Patricks’ teachers began building a repository of mini how-to videos to act as tutorials for topics such as maths, spelling and grammar that they’ll use again and again.
Connecting students for learning now and in the future
Teachers were able to provide differentiated learning by creating customised videos for students in certain programs.
ClickView’s hosting abilities have been instrumental in bringing the school together for special events.
During Indigenous Awareness Week, Liz used the platform to stream in His Blood to 56 classrooms simultaneously! “It was a full hour-long film and because of COVID-19 we couldn’t have everyone in the same space, so we streamed it to each class. ClickView played it and handled it well.” Liz relays.

Head of Information Services“Our ClickView advisor clearly knows the product and will listen to the way we want to use it. We get help to make the most of its functionality to suit our purposes. ClickView support staff and development teams respond quickly, and they have designed a system for teachers who are not so IT-literate can manage quite easily.”
ClickView support at our fingertips
For St Patrick’s, ClickView has become a ‘must-have’ investment, equal in importance to their cataloguing and administration system.
In addition to the breadth and quality of content, the support received from ClickView greatly influences how well it is used at the school.
