A qualified primary school teacher with over a decade of teaching experience in Australian schools. Penelope is Curation Lead at ClickView for Australia and New Zealand, supporting teachers in meeting curriculum needs by integrating video into the classroom.
After over a decade teaching all key learning areas to students in grades K-6 in both public and independent Australian primary schools, Penelope now works as Curation Lead at ClickView for Australia and New Zealand. She is passionate about developing innovative ways of teaching with video and supporting teachers to meet curriculum needs with the help of technology in the classroom.
Penelope has worked in a variety of school settings as well as teaching English as a foreign language to newly arrived adult migrants in Australia and high school students in France.
While teaching in schools Penelope specialised in improving and delivering learning support and enrichment programs as well as implementing behaviour management and pastoral care policies such as PBL (Positive Behaviour for Learning). She was also integral in encouraging the participation of girls in STEM by creating initiatives such as chess and coding clubs for girls.
Penelope is committed to exploring exciting and creative, evidence-based teaching methods to keep all students engaged and thriving at school.
