Quick tip
How can managing staff requests help maintain library quality?
Reviewing requests before approval allows administrators to keep the library organized, relevant, and aligned with school standards. This process helps prevent duplicate content and ensures only appropriate, high-quality videos are added for staff and students to access.
How to enable staff requests to add content
- Sign in to ClickView as an administrator.
- Select your initials at the top right, then choose ‘Library Editor‘ from the list.

- In Library Editor, select the 3 dots next to your library name on the left, then choose ‘Library request settings‘.

- Use the toggle button to enable or disable requests.

When enabled, staff can suggest videos for the library. If disabled, no suggestions can be submitted, but existing content remains visible.
