Today we’re launching channels, a dedicated space on ClickView for every educational video producer, brand and creator.
This gives teachers a new way to discover content in a safe, classroom-ready environment.
Whether YouTube belongs in classrooms has moved from debate to legislation.
Rightly so, concerns about young people’s mental health, addictive algorithms, the flood of AI slop, and data privacy are leading educators around the world to rethink YouTube’s place in schools.
Producers have felt this shift too. As more and more schools step away from YouTube and choose a video platform fit for education, it gets harder for their videos to reach the teachers and students in the classroom. Channels on ClickView give educational video producers a home for their videos that schools can trust.
Channels on ClickView also provide producers a more sustainable way to get paid for their videos. ClickView pays royalties directly to producers instead of relying on ads, meaning we don’t have the same pressures that ad-supported platforms experience.

Channels make it easy for teachers to discover more from the educational video producers they already know and love.
Today we’re launching with over 200 channels, and this is just the start.
We’ve given producers a space on ClickView to showcase all their videos in one place. Featured Channels are a premium version for the leading educational producers we partner with, and there are more coming!
Here’s what you’ll find on every channel:
Channels are now a core part of ClickView and there are a few different ways to discover them.
Discover dashboard
We’ll be showcasing channels front and centre on Discover. The ClickView team will highlight new channels as they become available, so you can see what is new or trending at a glance.

Channels
Click “see all channels” from the Dashboard to find our channels directory. Here you can discover all the channels we’ve created so far, all in one place.

Search
You can also search for a producer directly in the search bar to go straight to their channel.
Videos
As I mentioned, channels are now a core part of the ClickView platform, so wherever you’re watching a video, you can now click through to the producer’s channel.

Newsletter
We’ve also been sharing some of our favourite channels in our newsletter, the ClickView Monthly.
Sign up to receive our monthly newsletter if you’re not already receiving it.
Get to know the producers of your favourite videos
Each time we launch a new channel, we’re helping you get to know the producers behind the videos: who they are, their mission, and why they love making videos for teachers and students.
Here are a few of the recent behind-the-scenes we’ve written about:
Alongside the producers you already know and love from ClickView topics, you’ll start to see new channels launching every few weeks. This forms our commitment to finding and bringing the best educational videos into ClickView.
We have some incredible brands in the works behind the scenes, and I can’t wait to share them with you.
We’d love to keep building channels with you. Is there a video or creator that still has you reaching for YouTube? Let us know at partnerships@clickvieweducation.com, and we’ll get in touch with them.
This marks a new chapter for ClickView, for schools, and for educational video producers: the end of borrowing a platform built for advertising, and a move to one that was always built for learning.
