Crayola

Delivering one of the world's largest celebrations of children's creativity

Since its inception in 2021, ClickView has served as the lead video production partner for Crayola Creativity Week. Crayola and educators agree that creativity is an essential life skill. That's why Crayola created this free, cross-curricular experience for the classroom and home. Now in its sixth year, this program has grown from a nationwide movement in the USA to a global event reaching millions of children and educators annually.

What ClickView delivered

  • Original content production Approximately four hours of original educational video content each year, which Crayola shares in eight languages, forming the centerpiece of a seven-day classroom program.
  • High-profile contributor coordination A diverse roster of contributors including bestselling children's authors, illustrators, celebrities, athletes, scientists and NASA personnel, all united around a common educational theme.
  • Complex production management Filming across the United States and internationally, coordinating contributor schedules, managing interviews and location shoots, and producing a blend of live-action and animated content.
  • Supporting content A substantial volume of promotional, social and supporting video assets driving engagement before, during and after the event.

The Process

Together, this required ClickView to manage international production logistics, align filming schedules with high-profile talent availability, and deliver multiple episodes in a range of formats at speed — the kind of operational complexity that shows a prospective partner ClickView can execute at scale on a tight annual cycle.

Results

In 2026, the program engaged more than 20 million students, including 52% of US students in grades K-5, and 1.3 million educators, across all 50 US states and 140+ countries, making it one of the largest educational engagement initiatives of its kind in the world. That scale reflects ClickView's role as Crayola's long-standing production partner: a repeatable capability to translate expert, celebrity and partner contributions into classroom-ready educational experiences at a global scale, year after year.
