The people behind the channel

Every great channel starts with people who care deeply about what they’re creating and how to motivate students’ learning. Smile and Learn is no exception.

Based in Madrid, Spain, Smile and Learn creates animated educational content for children aged 3–12. What started as a small educational project is now used in more than 7,000 schools across 25 countries, with one goal at its heart: helping kids stay curious, confident, and excited to learn.

Founded by CEO Víctor Sanchez Rodríguez, Smile and Learn was built on the belief that technology should open doors to learning, not get in the way of it. That’s exactly why the Smile and Learn channel feels right at home on ClickView. What makes the channel stand out is what happens behind the scenes. Since 2013, Smile and Learn’s team of educators, psychologists, developers, illustrators, and video creators has been studying how children learn and using those insights to shape every video they make.

The result is a channel that’s equal parts educational research and creative storytelling. Behind every colorful animation, explainer, and activity is a team asking the same question over and over again: “How can we make this easier to understand, more memorable, and more fun for students?”
