Starting in 2016 as a part-time graphic designer, she went on to establish the UX research practice and bring the user voice into product strategy for the first time - and has since grown into leading teams well beyond design, spanning product, marketing, and content.
Janice first used ClickView as a high school student, where English texts and Jane Austen adaptations sparked a love of film and visual storytelling she didn’t expect. When the chance came to design the platform itself, she didn’t hesitate. Her background in interior architecture taught her that designing physical spaces and digital products aren’t so different: entrances, wayfinding, moments of delight, the details that make somewhere feel worth being in. She works closely with teachers through co-design workshops, bringing real classroom context into every design decision – their pressures, their constraints, and what they actually need from the platform. Her belief: functional and delightful can coexist – and when they do, curiosity does the rest.
