Team Kaizen and Ingenium
Team KAIZEN makes games that combine the best of western and eastern game design, extremely exciting and inclusive, while also teaching youth about the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math), careers and community impact behind game design and entrepreneurship. Ingenium, its 501(c)3 educational nonprofit, runs educational game design camps as well as talks and demonstrations for schools across the US and Canada, both in person and via Zoom.
Team KAIZEN is based in Great Falls, Montana, and is part of Add-A-Tudez Entertainment Company, started in 2006 by brothers Josh and Trevor Hughes, along with their mother Cyndi. The studio describes itself as a teaching studio and as Montana's first PlayStation and Xbox certified game development crew.
