Steps to manage video ratings by grade
- Sign in to ClickView using an Administrator account.
- Click your profile in the top right corner and click on Settings.

- From the Settings screen, select Content permissions under the Video security group.

- Here, you can manage content permissions for each grade level. The displayed rating is the maximum video rating allowed per grade. As you apply ratings, the icons for each grade will become colored, providing a visual indicator of the permissions set.

- These permissions apply globally to all students and staff members at your school or district.
