Project Learning Tree
Project Learning Tree combines high-quality instructional materials for grades PreK-12, professional development, and an extensive distribution network, with hands-on activities that connect children to nature, engage students in learning, and grow critical thinking and problem-solving skills. It is delivered in all 50 states and several countries.
Project Learning Tree (PLT) is an initiative of the Sustainable Forestry Initiative, a non-profit charitable organization with the mission of advancing sustainability through forest-focused collaboration. PLT's goal is to advance environmental education, forest literacy, and career pathways using trees and forests as windows on the world, developing the next generation of forest stewards.
