Pre-requisites for provisioning
- Provide your organisation code from Unify or seed code from Glow (if known).
- List all domains used for student and staff email addresses.
- Supply Year Of Entry (YOE) values for each student group.
Contact Product Support here with these details. You will receive your RM Unify license for app installation.
How to set up RM Unify or Glow single sign-on
- Go to the RM Unify/Glow sign-in page and sign in with admin credentials.
- Select App Library from the top menu.
- Search for ‘ClickView’, then choose ‘Connect to existing license’ and enter your RMUnify license key.
- If prompted, select ‘No, I’ve not already created accounts in ClickView or don’t want RM Unify users linked to them.’
- After completing these steps, inform Product Support here to finalise the setup. Users signing in through the ClickView homepage with provided domain email addresses will be redirected to the Unify or Glow sign-in screen.

At the start of each academic year, administrators must manually update Year Of Entry values in ClickView:
- Sign in to ClickView with admin credentials.
- Click your name in the top right and select Settings from the drop-down menu.
- Choose SSO year group mappings to update single sign-on year mappings with the current Year Of Entry values for each student cohort.
