Quick tip
Why do I need to provide my school’s domains to ClickView Support?
Providing your school’s domains allows ClickView to correctly redirect users from the ClickView homepage to Firefly for authentication. This ensures staff and students can sign in to ClickView using their Firefly credentials without interruption.

How to enable Firefly single sign-on

Firefly SSO allows users to:

  • Sign in to ClickView using Firefly credentials
  • Seamlessly embed ClickView videos within Firefly via the ClickView plugin

To complete the setup, contact ClickView Support at support@clickvieweducation.com and supply a list of all school domains used for login. These domains are required to configure redirection for users accessing ClickView via the homepage.

Firefly does not support year-group mappings. ClickView separates Student and Staff accounts, so ClickView administrators must manually assign student year groups through Settings → Student Manager.
