How to enable Firefly single sign-on
Firefly SSO allows users to:
- Sign in to ClickView using Firefly credentials
- Seamlessly embed ClickView videos within Firefly via the ClickView plugin
To complete the setup, contact ClickView Support at support@clickvieweducation.com and supply a list of all school domains used for login. These domains are required to configure redirection for users accessing ClickView via the homepage.
Firefly does not support year-group mappings. ClickView separates Student and Staff accounts, so ClickView administrators must manually assign student year groups through Settings → Student Manager.
