Alex has had an extensive career as a teacher in both Australia and England in learning, leadership and curriculum development. Pressing reset on her career in 2020, she undertook her Masters whilst homeschooling her two young children.
Alex’s passion for inclusivity, mental health and diverse learning styles has led her to apply her educational experiences in several facets. She hopes to share her knowledge with other education professionals and instil a love of learning in young people both in Australia and around the world.
Post lockdown she works as a therapy dog handler in a variety of schools teaching mental health and skills development for a diverse range of amazing young people. Alex has also edited, developed and published a huge selection of units of work for a range of online and print publications.
