Jason Hibbs lives in Oregon with his wife, Cara, and son Iver. He founded Bourbon Moth Woodworking in 2014 in his small garage shop, to mainly build pieces of furniture for his own home. He never dreamed it would lead him to where he is today. Somewhere along the line, he started to document his building process, posting those videos online with the hopes they could help others learn new skills and be creative. His goal for Bourbon Moth is simple. To share his passion for building with the world. He truly believes that everyone has the ability to be creative and use their hands to make cool things. Sometimes they just need a little motivation to get started. Hopefully the channel will inspire viewers to get off the couch, make mistakes, learn new things and most importantly, have fun.
