Go Girl Productions is a distribution, development, rights management, media business based in Sydney. Founded in Sydney in 1996 by Janet Merewether, Go Girl Productions is dedicated to the development, rights management and distribution of blue-chip innovative feature films, documentaries and digital media projects which break new ground in cinema aesthetics. With a background in screen design, writing and directing, Janet Merewether has produced numerous documentary and media works including the award-winning Jabe Babe – A Heightened Life, Maverick Mother, Reindeer in my Saami Heart and O-LYM-PIC Football Dreams, all visually rich, and designed to challenge audiences as well as providing a stimulating viewing experience. Go Girl Productions provides design and production services to a range of clients, and distributes quality screen works to the broadcast, streaming, VoD, secondary and tertiary education markets as well as handling festival and theatrical releases. Go Girl Productions distributes the documentaries and titles created by Janet Merewether’s production company Screen Culture Pty Limited.
