Camp Quality brings positivity, fun and laughter back into the lives of kids facing cancer. Its supportive programs and services help families build optimism and resilience through community, education and fun. It is there for kids (0-15) dealing with their own cancer diagnosis, or the diagnosis of a sibling, parent or carer, every step of the way. Its programs provide hospital support, age-appropriate education, and camps, fun days and family getaways that provide families with a break from cancer to reconnect and build a supportive community. Its services include digital education resources and counselling for parents, accessible whenever and wherever they are needed. Child Safety is of the highest priority at Camp Quality. The organisation has held a National Safeguarding Children’s accreditation with the Australian Childhood Foundation (ACF) for 14 years. Camp Quality is a founding member of the Child and Youth Cancer Alliance with Canteen and RedKite. It relies almost entirely on the generosity of everyday Australians, major donors, corporate partners, and trusts and foundations. All funds raised go towards supporting Camp Quality to help kids and families facing cancer. Camp Quality is proud to have improved the quality of life for kids impacted by cancer, and their families, for over 40 years. It does this thanks to the support of over 800 passionate volunteers.
