Classical Music Chicago
Classical Music Chicago offers free classical music performances to the public through its flagship programs, the Dame Myra Hess Concerts and Rush Hour Concerts, presenting world-class concerts to people of all ages, backgrounds and means. It also brings music to students and underserved communities, where it serves as both an educational tool and a means of enhancing well-being, featuring performers who are primarily emerging artists from across the country and around the world.
Classical Music Chicago's mission is to open the door to the transformative power of classical music, and to foster the future of classical music by supporting and showcasing the next generation of classical musicians. For over 40 years, CMC has sought innovative ways to support emerging artists and bring fresh classical music experiences to life.
