1. Edit video metadata
Product: ClickView
What does this mean?
When you upload videos to ClickView you can now edit the metadata in your Workspace.
How does it work?
We’ve added a new page allowing you to edit video metadata in your Workspace. This includes:
- Video Title
- Rating
- Description
- Thumbnail
- Broadcast Date
- Broadcast Channel
- Resource Files
- Subtitles (caption files) – these are currently auto generated, but now you can fix typos
- Resource Links
Why you’ll love this feature:
We know you’ve been waiting for this because it’s been one of your most requested features. The ability to edit basic video details means you can further customize any content you upload to your Workspace. Being able to edit or amend your auto-generated caption files means your videos will also be more reliable and readily accessible.
2. Share videos with students (Microsoft Teams Integration)
Product: ClickView Integrations
What does this mean?
You can now access all video content from the ClickView libraries directly from your LMS platform or integration, such as within Microsoft Teams.
How does it work?
The process of adding educational video content from your LMS/integration is easier, faster and more direct than in the previous iteration.

This feature will save you time and confusion when it comes to accessing curriculum-relevant videos via your LMS platform or integration (including Microsoft Teams).
